* Gestalter:in zukunftsfähiger Logistik. Du übernimmst den Lead für Logistik- und Automatisierungsprojekte und bringst smarte Technologien erfolgreich in unseren Lageralltag. Dabei denkst du vorausschauend und erkennst Chancen frühzeitig. * Verantwortlich für unsere Prozesse. Du analysierst bestehende Logistikprozesse und dokumentierst komplexe Workflows klar und nachvollziehbar. Du behältst Aufwände im Blick und leitest daraus Prozessverbesserungen ab, über die Umsetzung entscheidet ihr dann gemeinsam im Circle. * Qualitäts- und Flächen-Expert:in. Du sicherst die Prozessqualität und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Stammdaten - wie Gewichte, Abmessungen und Gefahrgut - verlässlich auf höchstem Niveau bleiben. Gleichzeitig wirkst du an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Lagerkonzepte mit und steigerst die Effizienz auf der Fläche. * Zentrale Schnittstelle. Du stimmst dich eng mit Kolleg:innen anderer Circles (z.B. IT, Shopmanagement und Einkauf) sowie externen Partner:innen ab. Bei internen Workshops zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bist du in deinem Element: Du gestaltest die Formate aktiv mit und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung.

Dein Reisegepäck - was du mitbringst:

* Fundierte Basis. Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Dazu hast du praktische Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement im Gepäck. * Tech- & Logistikpassion. Du hast großes Interesse an Logistiktrends, Automatisierung und neuen Technologien. Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Prozesse sowie Datenqualität und brennst dafür, ein aktuell noch manuell geprägtes Umfeld zukunftsfähig weiterzuentwickeln. * Kommunikationsstärke. Du überzeugst mit sicherem Auftreten und einem guten Gespür für die Menschen, mit denen du zu tun hast. Du hörst genau hin, erkennst den Kern eines Anliegens und übersetzt ihn in klare, verständliche Botschaften - für deine Kolleg:innen aus anderen Circles genauso wie für externe Partner:innen. Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher, dein Englisch sehr gut. * Hands-on-Mentalität. Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert. In deinem Aufgabengebiet triffst du eigenständige Entscheidungen, bei neuen Themen holst du dir vorab gezielt Input von deinen Circle Leads.

Dabei wächst du Schritt für Schritt in deine neue Rolle und Verantwortung hinein.
