Für unsere wachsenden Data-Center-Projekte in Deutschland und der Schweiz suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Projektabwickler:in für den Baustelleneinsatz. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Projekt-, Montage- und Bauleitung bei der technischen und organisatorischen Projektabwicklung im Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau und übernehmen Verantwortung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie in der Baustellen- und Projektdokumentation. 1 Projektabwickler:in Baustelle Ausland Data Center Deutschland und Schweiz Vollzeit Baustelle Ausland (Europa)

Aufgaben

* Unterstützung der Projekt-, Montage- und Bauleitung in technischen und kaufmännischen Belangen

* Arbeitsvorbereitung in Übereinstimmung mit den Arbeitsabläufen und dem Terminplan

* Verwaltung, Prüfung und Erstellung der Projektdokumentation (As-Built)

* Mitarbeit an der technischen Angebotserstellung und/oder Projektrealisierung im Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von Arbeitspaketen

* Erstellung und Pflege von Listen zur technischen Projektsteuerung

* Verwaltung von Abweichungsmeldungen

* Erarbeitung von Typicals und technischen Lösungsvorschlägen

* Erstellung der Baustellen- und Projektdokumentation gemäß Kundenvorgaben

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, Installationstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Verfahrenstechnik

* Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung im Anlagen- bzw. Rohrleitungsbau von Vorteil

* Umfassende EDV-Kenntnisse: MS Office, AutoCAD; idealerweise auch MicroStation oder andere CAD-Programme

* Souveränes Auftreten sowie eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Unternehmerisches Denken in allen Belangen der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Baustellendokumentation

* dementsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft und hohe Flexibilität für Baustelleneinsätze in Deutschland und der Schweiz

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 2.727,40 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von monatlich brutto € 2.800 und € 3.800, ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
