Durch individuelle, am Arbeitsplatz orientierte Ausbildungen auf dem 2. Bildungsweg soll verschiedenen Zielgruppen (projektabhängig)der Abschluss einer außerordentlichen LAP sowie eine fixe Anstellung ermöglicht und dem Unternehmen jenes Personal zur Verfügunggestellt werden, das sie benötigen. 1 Projektassistenz (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Betriebskontakte und Recruiting Aufgabenbereich:

* Recruiting und Vorauswahl potenzieller Teilnehmer_innen

* Kontakt, Ausbau und Pflege von Betriebskontakten

* Laufende Betreuung der Teilnehmer_innen und Ausbildungsbetriebe während der gesamten Ausbildungsmaßnahme

* Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen

* Vermittlungsorientierte Schnittstelle zwischen

Arbeitsmarktservice, Ausbildungsbetrieben und Teilnehmer_innen

* Dokumentation, Berichtswesen und Qualitätssicherung

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau vorzugsweise im sozialen bzw. kaufmännischen Bereich - TrainerInnen und/oderCoachingausbildung von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Unternehmensberatung, Personal- und/oder Organisationsentwicklung vorzugsweise im sozialen bzw. arbeitsmarktpolitischen Bereich wünschenswert

* Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Gesprächsführungs- und Präsentationskompetenz

* Zielorientiere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisations-, Koordinierungs- und Vernetzungsfähigkeit

* Leidenschaft, Engagement sowie Sensibilität zur Begleitung von Teilnehmer_innen und Ausbildungsbetrieben über einen längerfristigen Zeitraum

* Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise sowie Kenntnisse gängiger MS-Office-Anwendungen

Wir bieten:

* Entlohnung: € 2.977,95 (Mindestentgelt lt. BABE-KV, VB 4/1 bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung). Die tatsächliche Gehaltshöhe richtet sichnach der Einstufung gemäß Erfahrung.
