* Im Projektcontrolling behältst du unsere Projekte wirtschaftlich im Blick und unterstützt unsere Fachbereiche bei einer zielgerichteten Projektabwicklung und -steuerung

* Du führst eigenständig Abweichungsanalysen durch, erkennst Auffälligkeiten frühzeitig und bereitest diese verständlich für die relevanten Bereiche auf

* Kennzahlen und Unternehmensdaten bereitest du auf, analysierst Entwicklungen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab

* Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen gehst du den Ursachen von Abweichungen auf den Grund und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen

* Fundierte Datenanalysen und aussagekräftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Managementteam werden von dir erstellt und verständlich aufbereitet

* In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung und Finanz wirkst du außerdem perspektivisch bei Themen rund um IFRS, ESG und Treasury mit

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (mindestens HAK-Niveau) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im Projektumfeld

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit Power BI oder anderen BI-Tools ist von Vorteil

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Eigeninitiative und dem Anspruch, Themen konsequent voranzutreiben

* Zahlen, Daten und Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten und daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten, macht dir Freude

* Auch bei kritischen Fragestellungen behältst du den Überblick, argumentierst faktenbasiert und kommunizierst klar und wertschätzend

* Kenntnisse im Bereich BMD, IFRS sind von Vorteil, Erfahrungen in Treasury oder Business Modeling ein zusätzliches Plus

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
