1 Projektentwickler / Standortentwicklung (m/w/d) Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der ganzheitlichen Entwicklung und Realisierung des neuen Universitätsstandortes von der frühen Projektphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme * Eigenständige Verantwortung für definierte Projekte, Teilprojekte und Arbeitspakete * Organisation und Koordination unterschiedlicher Projektphasen - von Due Diligence und Beschaffung über Planung und Ausbau bis zur technischen Ausstattung und Inbetriebnahme * Koordination interner Fachbereiche wie Recht, Finanzen, IT, Facility Management, Operations und Qualitätsmanagement * Steuerung und laufende Abstimmung mit externen Planern, Dienstleistern, Auftragnehmern und Projektpartnern * Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergaben, Angebotsbewertungen und Vertragsverhandlungen * Planung und Begleitung von Ausbau-, Einrichtungs- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen * Laufendes Monitoring von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität, Risiken und Projektmeilensteinen * Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Projektstatusberichten und Management-Reportings * Frühzeitige Identifikation von Abweichungen und Risiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungsmaßnahmen * Koordination von Abnahmen und Prüfungen sowie Vorbereitung einer reibungslosen Übergabe an den operativen Universitätsbetrieb

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische, wirtschaftliche oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Studium, beispielsweise in Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienwirtschaft oder Projektmanagement * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld von Immobilienentwicklung, Standortentwicklung, Bauprojekten oder größeren Rollouts * Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung anspruchsvoller Projekte bzw. Teilprojekte * Kenntnisse der unterschiedlichen Phasen eines Bau- bzw. Standortentwicklungs-projektes * Erfahrung in der Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter * Kenntnisse in Kosten-, Termin-, Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement * Erfahrung mit Ausbau-, Einrichtungs- oder Infrastrukturprojekten von Vorteil * Technisches Grundverständnis für Gebäude- und Infrastrukturthemen wie IT, Server, Energieversorgung und Gebäudetechnik * Erfahrung im universitären, Forschungs- oder Bildungsumfeld ist willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung * Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung wie PMP, PRINCE2 oder vergleichbar von Vorteil * Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse * Bereitschaft zu projektbezogener Reisetätigkeit

Je nach Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung wird Ihnen natürlich ein dementsprechend höheres Gehalt geboten.
