im Bereich Industrie & Anlagenbau Energietechnik

Standort: Waldneukirchen Vollzeit ab sofort

Automatisierungstechnik auf höchstem Niveau - entwickeln, umsetzen und in Betrieb nehmen

Bei Zemsauer Elektrotechnik entstehen Automatisierungslösungen für Industrieanlagen,

Prozesssysteme sowie Energietechnik, die täglich zuverlässig im Einsatz stehen. Wer Software nicht nur programmiert, sondern technische Lösungen von der Konzeption bis zur

Inbetriebnahme aktiv mitgestalten möchte, findet hier das passende Umfeld.

Die Position richtet sich insbesondere an erfahrene SPS-Programmierer und Projektingenieure, die Verantwortung übernehmen, strukturiert arbeiten und ihre technische Expertise in anspruchsvollen Projekten einbringen möchten.

Ihre Aufgaben

º Entwicklung, Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von SPS-Steuerungen unter

Berücksichtigung interner Standards und Kundenvorgaben

º Erstellung und Umsetzung von Visualisierungs- und Leitsystemlösungen

º Konzeption von Steuerungs-, Automatisierungs- und Bedienkonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen

º Einbindung von Antrieben, Feldgeräten und übergeordneten Systemen über industrielle

Kommunikationsschnittstellen

º Durchführung von Softwaretests, Simulationen, Fehleranalysen und Optimierungen

º Begleitung von Werksabnahmen, Inbetriebnahmen und technischen Abnahmen beim Kunden

º Erstellung und Pflege der Software- und Projektdokumentation

º Sicherstellung der Qualität sowie Einhaltung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten und Ressourcen

º Technische Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Elektroplanung, Kunden und externen Partnern

º Wissenstransfer und fachliche Unterstützung innerhalb des Teams

Ihr Profil

º Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder TU) im Bereich Elektrotechnik,

Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

º Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik und SPS-Programmierung,

vorzugsweise mit Siemens S7 und TIA Portal; Kenntnisse in B&R, Beckhoff oder ABB von Vorteil

º Erfahrung mit Visualisierungs- oder Leitsystemen, beispielsweise WinCC oder Zenon

º Kenntnisse in industrieller Netzwerktechnik und Kommunikationsprotokollen wie PROFINET, OPC UA oder vergleichbaren Systemen

º Erfahrung mit Antriebstechnik insbesondere mit Frequenzumrichter in Verbindung mit

Sicherheitsfunktionen insbesondere mit Siemens SINAMICS

º Verständnis für Hardwareauslegung, Antriebstechnik und funktionale Maschinensicherheit, insbesondere EN ISO 13849, von Vorteil

º Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Projektpartnern

º Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

º Reisebereitschaft für projektbezogene Einsätze

Gehalt

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt EUR 3.893,09 brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung selbstverständlich.
