Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 PROJEKTKOORDINATOR_IN für Quartiersumsetzung mit Fokus klimaneutrale gemeinnützige Quartiere bei Neubau und

Gebäudemodernisierung für das Projekt Linz mit Ambitio3xn (BMK Mission "Klimaneutrale Stadt")

(Teilzeit 20-25 Std./ Woche), Karenzvertretung

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Konzeptentwicklung und Erarbeitung von Standards für klimaneutrale Gebäude im Bestand und Neubau

* CO2-Lebenszyklus Betrachtung von Gebäuden in der Sanierung und im Neubau

* Prüfung von Fördermodellen für klimaneutrales Bauen (A, EU)

* Erarbeitung von Synergien mit angewendeten Systemen

* Erarbeitung eines Vorschlages für die Anpassung des Landes Förderwesens

* Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Wirtschaft, Innovation, Klimaschutz und EU des Magistrats Linz (Projektleitung)und der LINZ AG

Unsere Erwartungen:

* Einschlägige technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung, z.B. HTL mit Maturaabschluss, Studium an der BOKU (Universität für Bodenkultur Wien) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Akademische Ausbildung mit Themenschwerpunkt Klimaneutralität von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung bei der Konzeption, Planung oder Bewertung klimaneutraler und energieeffizienter Gebäude

* Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Selbstverantwortung und Einsatzbereitschaft
