Aufgabengebiet

* Als zentrale Koordinationsstelle sorgst du dafür, dass Projekte strukturiert geplant, nachverfolgt und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden

* Liefertermine und Materialverfügbarkeit hast du laufend im Blick, damit die Produktion stabil durchläuft und Kunden ihre Anlagen rechtzeitig in Betrieb nehmen können

* Bedarfsermittlung, Bestellanforderungen und das Tracking der Bestellungen liegen in deinen Händen

* In enger Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Fertigung, Lager und Lieferanten schaffst Transparenz in allen Projektphasen

* Auftretende Termin- oder Lieferengpässe erkennst du frühzeitig, leitest Maßnahmen ein und unterstützt den Projektleiter im Tagesgeschäft

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL, HAK, FH, Uni)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektkoordination, Produktionsplanung o. Ä.

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch zur Kommunikation mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern

* Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einer umsetzungstarken und kommunikativen Persönlichkeit
