Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Projektkoordinator_in im Gesundheitswesen (w/m/d) Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium

* Kenntnisse und/oder Vorerfahrung in der Mitwirkung/Abwicklung von Projekten

* Erfahrung im Bauprojektmanagement

* Privater, beruflicher oder ausbildungsmäßiger Bezug zum Gesundheitswesen

* Praktikums- bzw. Berufserfahrung

* Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Herangehensweise an Aufgaben und Problemstellungen

* Grundsätzliches Zahlenverständnis

* Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint

* Seriöses, sympathisches und professionelles Auftreten

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Organisationstalent

* Entscheidungsstärke und Belastbarkeit in anspruchsvollen Situationen

* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Koordination von Projekten bzw. Teilprojekten zur Betriebsorganisation in Gesundheitseinrichtungen, von der Konzeption bis zum Abschluss

* Entwicklung von Projektplänen und Aufsetzen von Projektaufträgen inkl. Ablaufplanung, Projektorganisation, Zeit- und Budgetplanung

* Vorbereitung, Moderation und Dokumentation von Abstimmungsterminen mit klinischen Fachkräften (Ärzt*innen, Pflege, MTDG, etc.), weiteren Projektbeteiligten und Stakeholdern

* Evident halten der Projektaufgaben und Aktualisierung fortlaufend geführter Dokumente

* Unterstützung bei der Konzeption inhaltlicher Ausarbeitungen in Word, Excel und PowerPoint

* Erstellen von Präsentationen, Projektberichten und Reports für das Projektcontrolling

* Koordination der Projektkommunikation als zentrale Ansprechperson zwischen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten (inkl. Terminkoordination)

* Unterstützung bei der laufenden Qualitätssicherung und der Identifikation potenzieller Risiken
