Wir suchen für einen unserer Kunden im Raum Urfahr-Umgebung zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt 1 PROJEKTKOORDINATOR_IN und KUNDENBETREUER_IN für IMMOBILIENPROJEKTE * AUFGABENBEREICH:

- Organisatorische und kaufmännische Betreuung von Miet- und Eigentumsobjekten

in Oberösterreich

- Professionelle Begleitung von Eigentümern bei Projekten und Sonderwünschen sowie

Abstimmung mit Behörden und Fachfirmen

- Mitwirkung bei Besichtigungen sowie bei der Übernahme und Übergabe von Objekten

und Liegenschaften

- Regelmäßige Objektbesichtigungen vor Ort

- Unterstützung des Teams bei organisatorischen Belangen

- Abwicklung von Versicherungsfällen und Kleinreparaturen

- Einholung und Prüfung von Kostenvoranschlägen sowie Beauftragung geeigneter Fach-

firmen

* SIE BRINGEN MIT:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung im Bereich Bauwesen

oder Bautechnik (ideal HTL, FH oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) von Vorteil

- Interesse an Immobilien und die Bereitschaft, sich in die Branche einzuarbeiten

- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung, lösungsorientiertes Denken und

Organisationstalent

- Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, technisches Verständnis und einen gesunden Menschenverstand

- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamorientierung sowie Verlässlichkeit und Genauigkeit

- Gute EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie gutes Zahlenverständnis

- Sicheren Umgang mit rechtlichen Texten (Angebote, Ausschreibungen)

Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung erwartet Sie ein Gehalt von EUR 2.700,- brutto/Monat.

Bei einem Idealprofil ist ausdrückliche Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben, sodass eine Zusammenarbeit am Gehalt alleine nicht scheitern wird.
