Aktuell suchen wir 1 Projektleiter Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung von Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekten im Zuge von Neu-, Um- und Ausbauten am Standort

* Ganzheitliche Projektleitung von der Bedarfserhebung über die Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung

* Schnittstellenmanagement und Koordination interner Fachbereiche, externer Planungsbüros, Behörden und ausführender Unternehmen

* Laufendes Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätscontrolling zur Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Projektabwicklung

* Begleitung und Steuerung von Genehmigungs- und Behördenverfahren

* Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen für infrastrukturelle und bauliche Anforderungen unter Berücksichtigung strategischer Unternehmensziele

* Identifikation und Steuerung projektrelevanter Risiken sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

* Mitarbeit bei Energieeffizienz- und Optimierungsprojekten sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Energiestrategien

* Unterstützung interner Stakeholder bei Fragestellungen zu Gebäude-, Infrastruktur- und Energiethemen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Bautechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Industrie-, Bau- oder Infrastrukturumfeld

* Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Bauwesen, technische Gebäudeausrüstung (HKLS), Elektrotechnik und/oder Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik

* Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge, industrielle Produktionsumgebungen und Infrastrukturprozesse

* Kenntnisse relevanter Normen, Vorschriften und behördlicher Verfahren von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit

* Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

* Hoher Gestaltungswille sowie Interesse an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen

* Zuverlässige, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Tatkraft und Bereitschaft, über die eigene Expertise hinaus dazuzulernen und bei Bedarf aktiv anzupacken - im eigenen Team und bereichsübergreifend

Gleitende Arbeitszeit: Kernzeit Mo-Do 09:00-15:00 Uhr und Fr 09:00-12:00 Uhr

Für diese Stelle ist eine kollektivvertragliche Mindestentlohnung von monatlich EUR 4.354,45 brutto vorgesehen. Leistungsgerechte Überzahlung nach entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
