Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik HKLS (m/w/d)

Sollenau (NÖ) / Vollzeit / unbefristet / ab sofort

3.654,05 bis 4.815,15 EUR brutto pro Monat (Vollzeitbasis) 1 Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik HKLS (m/w/d) IHRE AUFGABEN

* Als Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik HKLS (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die technische und kaufmännische Abwicklung unserer Projekte im Bereich Heizungs-, Kälte-, Lüftungs- undSanitärtechnik und sorgen für eine strukturierte sowie termingerechte Umsetzung.

* Projektierung sowie technische und kaufmännische Abwicklung von HKLS-Projekten

* Koordination von Subunternehmern, Auftragsvergaben und Materialbeschaffung

* Planung und Steuerung von Terminen sowie Koordination des Montagepersonals auf der Baustelle

* Führung von Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Auftraggebern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten

* Erstellung von Abrechnungsunterlagen sowie laufendes kaufmännisches Projektreporting

* Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Projektdokumentation

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium/abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, HKLS oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (z.B. FH oder Meisterbrief)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen und kaufmännischen Abwicklung von HKLS-Projekten von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Umsetzung größerer Projekte, idealerweise im Bereich Bürogebäude, Industrieanlagen oder vergleichbaren Gebäudekomplexen von Vorteil

* Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office; AutoCAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie regionale Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein der Klasse B

UNSER ANGEBOT

In Abhängigkeit von der Verwendungsgruppe und den Verwendungsgruppenjahren liegt das Bruttogehalt für diese Position gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Metallverarbeitenden Gewerbes bei einer Vollzeitanstellung von 38,5 Stunden pro Woche zwischen 3.654,05 bis 4.815,15 EUR brutto pro Monat. Die tatsächliche Einstufung sowie eine allfällige Überzahlung richten sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
