Wir heben den Markt der Intralogistik mit unseren innovativen Produkten einer neuen Generation auf das nächste Level und realisieren für unsere Kunden maßgeschneiderte automatisierte Lagerlösungen als Subsysteme in unterschiedlichsten Höhen und Gewichtsklassen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort: 1 Projektleiter_in DEIN JOB

* Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten - von der Übergabe durch den Vertrieb bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme

* Zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund_innen und Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kommunikation über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit

* Führung und Motivation des Projektteams sowie Koordination aller internen und externen Projektbeteiligten

* Erstellung und laufende Abstimmung von Projekt- und Ressourcenplänen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Budgets sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

* Aktives Management von Risiken, Eskalationen und Änderungen im Projektverlauf

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projektmeetings, Statusreports und Abnahmeprozessen

DEIN PROFIL

* Technische oder Wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld

* Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Koordinationstalent

* Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und internen Stakeholdern

* Teamfähigkeit sowie Führungskompetenz

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsanspruch
