In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position analysieren Sie spannende Kundenanfragen, entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und tragen entscheidend dazu bei, innovative Projekte erfolgreich auf den Weg zu bringen. 1 Projektleiter:in Angebotslegung (Bid Management) Vollzeit Innsbruck

Aufgaben

* Steuerung und Koordination des gesamten Angebotsprozesses von der Ausschreibungsprüfung bis zur Angebotsabgabe

* Erstellung von Kalkulationen

* Erstellung von Angebotsunterlagen und Cashflow-Planungen

* Einholung, Bewertung und Abstimmung von Angeboten mit Lieferanten, Subunternehmen, Equipmentherstellern sowie internen Fachabteilungen

* Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen, Projektübergaben sowie der Weiterentwicklung des Kalkulations- und Angebotsprozesses

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität), vorzugsweise Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik

* Erfahrung in der Angebotslegung, Projektierung, Projektabwicklung oder im technischen Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Bereich Rohrleitungs- bzw. Anlagenbau

* Technisches Verständnis, kaufmännisches Know-how sowie Erfahrung in der Kalkulation technischer Projekte von Vorteil

* Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

* dementsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen sowie hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

* Geringe und planbare Reisetätigkeit (max. 5 % Reisetätigkeit)

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei jährlich brutto € 54.503,26 liegt.

Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von jährlich brutto € 70.000 bzw. € 85.000 und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt. Zusätzlich gewähren wir ein attraktives Vergütungspaket für den Auslandseinsatz.
