Wir sind ein international renommiertes und erfolgreiches Ingenieur- und Beratungsunternehmen mit weltweit über 2500 Mitarbeiter:innnnen an über 45 Standorten. In unserem Hauptbüro in Rum bei Innsbruck besetzen wir zur Verstärkung unseres bestehenden Teams folgende Stelle: 1 Projektleiter:in Elektrotechnik Stellenbeschreibung

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte im Bereich Elektrische Energiesysteme und/oder EMSR Planung, inkl. Konzeptentwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen

* Fachliche Führung von Projektteams sowie Koordination externer und interner Schnittstellen

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von technischen Standards und Prozessen für Automatisierungssysteme, Mittelspannungs- und Niederspannungsanlagen, komplexen Erdungs- und Blitzschutzsystemen sowie Elektroanlagenbau

* Übernahme der technischen Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Konstruktion und Realisierung anspruchsvoller Energieprojekte

* Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen, Kosten- und Terminmanagement über alle Projektphasen hinweg

* Beratung und Begleitung von Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen und strategischen Entscheidungen

* Präsentation und Vertretung der Projekte gegenüber Auftraggeber:innen, Behörden und Partnern

* Mentoring und Förderung von Nachwuchskräften im Team

Qualifikation

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung an einer HTL, Fachhochschule oder Technischen Universität im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Energietechnik

* Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Elektroanlagenbau, thermische Energiesysteme oder vergleichbar

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden spezifischen Fachbereiche der Elektrotechnik: Automatisierungssysteme, Mittelspannungs- und Niederspannungsanlagen, komplexen Erdungs- und Blitzschutzsystemen sowie Sicherheitstechnik

* Auto-CAD und/oder 3D Planungstool-Kenntnisse (Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Vorteil) sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Innovationsgeist und hohe Eigeninitiative

* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

* Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
