Ein international tätiger Konzern im Bereich Elektro und Gebäudetechnik sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl 1 Projektleiter*in Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) / Schwachstromtechnik Sie sind technikbegeistert und lieben es, komplexe Projekte zum Erfolg zu führen? Als Projektleiter Elektrotechnik mit Schwerpunkt Sicherheitstechnik/Schwachstromtechnik koordinieren Sie Teams, stimmen sich eng mit Kunden ab und sorgen dafür, dass jedes Vorhaben termingerecht und budgetkonform realisiert wird. Ihre Aufgaben

* Projektabwicklung - Sie realisieren gemeinsam mit Ihrem Projektteam anspruchsvolle Projekte in den Bereichen Videoüberwachung, Zutrittskontrolle, Sprechanlagen, Lichtrufsysteme, Gebäude-Kommunikation und IT-Netzwerktechnik.

* Technische Ausarbeitung - Sie erstellen technische Konzepte, Systemschemata, Stücklisten und Ausführungsunterlagen für sicherheits- und kommunikationstechnische Anlagen.

* Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminverantwortung - Sie steuern den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus: Planung, Kalkulation, Ausführung, Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation und Übergabe an den Kunden.

* Führung des Projektteams - Sie leiten Montageteams und Techniker, koordinieren externe Partner und stellen eine effiziente, normgerechte Umsetzung sicher.

* Kundenbetreuung - Sie beraten unsere Kunden kompetent und unterstützen bei der Akquise neuer Projekte.

* Kalkulation und Abrechnung - Sie kalkulieren Projekte, erstellen Angebote und führen die Abrechnung über Nevaris Success X durch.

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen - Sie klären technische Details und dokumentieren die besprochenen Inhalte.

Ihr Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (Fachschule, HTL)

* Erfahrung als Projektleiter*in in der Abwicklung von Gebäudetechnikprojekten im Schwachstrombereich

* gute Microsoft-Office und AutoCAD-Kenntnisse

* Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen, Vorschriften und Gesetze

* Lern- und Analysefähigkeit

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
