Trafostationen sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil einer zuverlässigen Energieversorgung. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für Projekte von der technischen Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Sie verbinden elektrotechnisches Fachwissen mit organisatorischem Geschick, koordinieren unterschiedliche Stakeholder und gestalten gleichzeitig die Weiterentwicklung moderner, digitaler Lösungen im Umfeld der Energieinfrastruktur aktiv mit. Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Projekte gerne vorantreibt, Entscheidungen trifft und technische Herausforderungen mit Weitblick löst.

Aufgaben * Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Trafostationen von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme * Technische Auslegung und Konzepterstellung unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und technischer Rahmenbedingungen * Erstellung von Projektkalkulationen sowie Bewertung von Kosten, Ressourcen und Projektaufwänden * Koordination und Abstimmung mit Kund*innen, Behörden, Planungsbüros und internen Fachbereichen * Begleitung von Genehmigungs- und Einreichprozessen * Überwachung der Umsetzung vor Ort hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Projektfortschritt * Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung technischer Abläufe sowie Dokumentationssysteme * Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen für eine moderne und effiziente Anlagen- und Projektdokumentation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Expert*innen

Profil

Das bringst du mit * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (HTL, FH oder vergleichbar) * Berufserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung, Projektleitung oder Bauleitung im technischen Umfeld * Verständnis für elektrotechnische Anlagen sowie Interesse an infrastrukturellen Energielösungen * Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Freude daran, Projekte eigenständig voranzutreiben * Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kundinnen, Behörden und internen Ansprechpartnerinnen * Führerschein Klasse B

Das ist von Vorteil * Erfahrung im Bereich Energieversorgung, Umspannwerke, Trafostationen oder vergleichbarer Infrastrukturprojekte * Kenntnisse im Genehmigungs- und Behördenwesen * Interesse an digitalen Lösungen, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung * Erfahrung mit technischer Dokumentation und Anlagenverwaltung * Hohe IT-Affinität sowie Freude daran, neue digitale Systeme und Anwendungen mitzugestalten
