Wir suchen: 1 PROJEKTLEITER_IN HKLS - 271219 für einen internationalen Kunden im Bereich Gebäude- und Anlagentechnik

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernimmst du die Leitung anspruchsvoller HKLS-Projekte von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern, Planungsbüros und internen Fachbereichen bildet dabei die Grundlage für eine technisch und wirtschaftlich erfolgreiche Projektabwicklung.

Aufgaben

* Einarbeitung in neue Projekte sowie Abstimmung mit Bereichsleitung und Kalkulation

* Koordination und Abstimmung mit Bauherrinnen, Planerinnen und weiteren Projektbeteiligten

* Erstellung von Montageplanungen, Berechnungen, Materialauszügen und Bestellvorbereitungen

* Entwicklung technischer Lösungskonzepte gemeinsam mit Kund*innen

* Erstellung bzw. Initiierung von Angeboten sowie Sicherstellung der technischen und vertraglichen Ordnungsmäßigkeit

* Systematische Angebotsverfolgung und Mitwirkung bei Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum Vertragsabschluss

* Vertretung des Unternehmens bei Baubesprechungen

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Abwicklung von HKLS-Projekten inklusive Dokumentation

* Erstellung von Aufmaßen sowie Vorbereitung der Fakturierung

Profil

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS (Lehre, Meisterprüfung, HTL oder vergleichbar) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von HKLS-Projekten

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Verhandlungsgeschick

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hohe Lösungskompetenz

* Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Das ist von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner Projektteams

* Kenntnisse einschlägiger Normen und Vorschriften im HKLS-Bereich

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Gewerken und externen Partnerunternehmen
