Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die Projekte aktiv gestaltet. Bei DREIHANS übernimmst du die Leitung für schlüsselfertige Bauvorhaben und sorgst mit modernsten Methoden wie BIM & LEAN für höchste Qualität und Effizienz. In einem dynamischen Team verantwortest du Budgets und Termine - und genießt dabei den Rückhalt eines motivierten Teams. Werde unser Kopf hinter den Projekten!

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Leitung von Bauvorhaben verschiedener Größenordnungen

* Abstimmung und verlässliche Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Lieferanten, Behörden und Projektpartnern

* Dokumentation aller wesentlicher Projektschritte

* Ausschreibung/Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen

* Bearbeitung aller Gewerbe im Schlüsselfertigbau

* Permanente Leistungskontrolle von Quantität, Qualität, Terminen und Kosten

* Projekt Controlling mit Unterstützung der hauseigenen Controlling-Abteilung

* Erstellung und Kontrolle von Leistungsvorgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam

* Durchführung sowie Kontrolle von Abrechnungen

* Erstellung der laufenden Budgets, Soll/Ist-Vergleiche

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene bauspezifische Ausbildung (zB FH, Universität)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in

* Interesse am LEAN Management, BIM

* Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Führungskompetenz und Engagement

* Gutes ausgeprägtes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Kostenbewusstsein und gewinnorientiertes Handel
