Ihre Aufgaben

* Abwicklung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten am gesamten JKU-Campus (JKU Campus Auhof und bei Bedarf JKU MED Campus)

* Vertretung von Nutzer*inneninteressen in allen Planungs- und Bauphasen

* Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei referatsübergreifenden Projekten

* Technische Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam

* Angebotsprüfung und Verifizierung von Vergabevorschlägen

* Termin- und Kostenverfolgung

* Berichts- und Dokumentationswesen

Ihr Profil

* Technische Fachausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, HKLS oder Hochbau

* Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung

* Erfahrung in der Baubranche

* Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit

* Gute PC-Kenntnisse

* Ganzheitliches technisches Denken (gewerkeübergreifend)

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveaustufe B2)

Unser Angebot

* Auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) und bei mindestens 3 Jahren anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten beträgt das monatliche Mindestgehalt € 3.450,30 brutto (14 x pro Jahr, KV-Einstufung IIIb, Regelstufe 1)
