Das Arbeitsmarktservice Zwettl sucht für einen Zwettler Traditionsbetrieb 1 Projektleiter:in Installations- und Gebäudetechnik Deine Aufgaben:

* Projektkalkulation, Projektplanung und Projektbegleitung im Bereich Installations- und Gebäudetechnik

* Selbstständige Baustellenabwicklung und Baustellenbetreuung

* Arbeitseinteilung sowie Vorbereitung und Koordination der Montageteams

* Angebotseinholung und Angebotslegung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren technischen Zeichner:innen, Montageteams sowie unseren Kund:innen

* Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen, Lieferanten und Partnerfirmen

* Pflege und Ausbau unseres Netzwerks und bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

* Projektabwicklung inklusive Abrechnungsaufstellung, Nachtragsmanagement und Bauherrnübergabe

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Installations- und Gebäudetechnik (Lehre, Meister oder HTL)

* Berufserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und kaufmännisches Denken

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent

* Führerschein B
