Wir bei Ortner Reinraumtechnik sind ein innovatives, eigentümergeführtes Technologieunternehmen. Wir entwickeln und produzieren Geräte und Anlagen mit Reinraumanforderungen, um sichere und saubere Lebensumgebungen für Mensch und Tier zu schaffen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Projektteams suchen wir wir eine(n) engagierte(n 1 Projektleiter/in Lüftungsbau (m/w/d) Als Projektleiter im Lüftungsbau leitest DU technisch anspruchsvolle Projekte im Halbleiter- und Pharmabereich und steuerst diese eigenverantwortlich von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.

Was erwartet Dich:

* Selbstständige Umsetzung von Projekten im Lüftungsbau im Halbleiter- und Pharmabereich

* Verantwortung für Projektplanung und Projektsteuerung

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projektzielen, -pläne und -budgets

* Erstellung von detaillierten Projektplänen und dazugehöriger Meilensteine, Zeitpläne, Ressourcenpläne und Risikoanalysen

* Selbstständige Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Anpassung von Projektplänen bei Änderungen oder notwendiger Anforderungen

* Projektcontrolling

* Baustellenkoordination

* Regelmäßige Überwachung von Baufortschritten inkl. Anpassungsmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen

Was bringst DU mit:

* Abgeschlossene HTL oder höherwertige Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Lüftungsbau

* Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office & digitalen Tools

* Kaufmännisches Know-how sowie Verhandlungsgeschick

* Professionelles Auftreten, hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke

* Selbstständig, teamfähig, genau und lernbereit

* Lösungsorientiert, durchsetzungsstark und belastbar

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
