Deine Aufgaben

¿ Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung komplexer Infrastruktur- und Ausbauprojekte

¿ Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Koordination aller beteiligten Fachbereiche

¿ Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten, Behörden und externe Partner

¿ Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Projektergebnisse über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus

¿ Erstellung von Projektkalkulationen, Angebotsgrundlagen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen

¿ Laufendes Projektcontrolling, Überwachung von Budgets, Ressourcen, Projektfortschritt

¿ Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Business Unit-Leitung und Geschäftsführung

¿ Personal- und Ressourcenplanung zur optimalen Projektabwicklung

¿ Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken

¿ Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher, technischer und qualitativer Anforderungen

¿ Begleitung der Produktentwicklung vom Prototypen bis zur industriellen Serienfertigung

¿ Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Projektmanagementmethoden

Deine Qualifikationen

¿ Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL/ FH/Uni o.Ä.)

¿ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Infrastruktur, Anlagenbau oder industrieller Projekte

¿ Fundierte Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität

¿ Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Kundenbetreuung sowie im Stakeholder-Management

¿ Erfahrung in Projektkalkulation, Kostenrechnung, Projektcontrolling und Budgetverantwortung

¿ Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie in der Personal- und Ressourcenplanung

¿ Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Ergebnisbewusstsein

¿ Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

¿ Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten

¿ Hohe Eigeninitiative, Organisationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen

¿ Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Systeme, Anlagen oder Infrastrukturprojekte

¿ der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position gilt der KV Fahrzeugindustrie mit einem Mindestgehalt von monatlich € 4.354,45 brutto (mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung).
