Unser Geheimnis: Wir f... 1 Projektleiter_in Operations In dieser Position bist du für die Projektierung und Umsetzung komplexer Herstellungsprozesse sowie die koordinierte Einführung innovativer Technologien im Bereich Manufacturing verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung der Organisationsstrukturen und Prozesse innerhalb der Operations bei Fronius aktiv mit. Bei der Entwicklung und Industrialisierung neuer Produkte agierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle innerhalb eines Produktrealisierungsprojektes und arbeitest eng mit internen sowie standortübergreifenden Teams zusammen. In dieser Rolle stellst du mit klarem Fokus auf Ergebnisse sicher, dass neue Produkte erfolgreich industrialisiert und effizient in die Serienproduktion überführt werden.

Deine Aufgaben: * Der/Die Projektleiter/-in übernimmt eine zentrale Rolle bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich Operations und trägt wesentlich zur effizienten Realisierung strategischer Vorhaben bei * Koordination der Schnittstelle als Vertreter/-in von Manufacturing & Logistics sowie für die zielgerichtete Steuerung aller Aktivitäten bis zur Erreichung der Serienreife * Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Vorserien, Nullserien sowie des Produktionshochlaufs bis zur erfolgreichen Serienfreigabe neuer Produkte * Sicherstellung, dass neue Produkte effizient, termingerecht und in der geforderten Qualität in die Serienproduktion überführt werden, und damit aktive Unterstützung der nachhaltigen Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in den Geschäftsfeldern Solar & Energy und Welding

Dein Profil: * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden (Elektronik-) Unternehmen * Fundiertes Know-how im Projekt- und Qualitätsmanagement ist von Vorteil * Sehr gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit. * Selbstständige, lösungs- und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Interesse an neuen Technologien und modernen Fertigungsprozessen * Kommunikatives und sicheres Auftreten, gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft * Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Selbstorganisation und Flexibilität * Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.888,53 und € 4.993,21 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
