Die Fa. IDS ist ein führendes Ingenieurbüro im Bereich Infrastruktur, Bahn- und Straßentunnel, welches Planungsaufgaben und örtliche Bauüberwachungen durchführt.

Wir suchen 1 PROJEKTLEITER_IN / PLANUNG UND ÖRTLICHE BAUAUFSICHT Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik (HTL, Studium)

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten

- MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Eigen- und kostenverantwortliches Handeln

- Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

- Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung

- Reisebereitschaft (Österreich / Deutschland)

Aufgaben:

- Leiten von Planungs- und Bauüberwachungsprojekten,

- Operatives Führen der den Projekten zugeteilten Mitarbeitern

- Ansprechpartner für unsere Auftraggeber

- Kaufmännische und technische Projektverantwortung gegenüber der IDS

- Letztverantwortung für normkonforme und wirtschaftliche Planungsergebnisse

- Letztverantwortung gegenüber unserem Auftraggeber für eine vertragskonforme und termintreue Projektabwicklung

- Vorbereitung und Leitung von Besprechungen und Erstellen von Protokolle

- Projektbezogene Schreibarbeiten, Berichtswesen und Dokumentenverwaltung

- Aufmaß und Abrechnungskontrolle (Softwareunterstützt)

Unser Angebot:

Eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in einem ansprechenden Arbeitsumfeld mit sehr gutem Betriebsklima und der Chance für eine gute Weiterentwicklung. Die Bezahlung erfolgt gemäß Rahmenkollektiv für Angestellte in Information und Consulting. Die Höhe liegt, je nach Berufspraxis und Qualifikationsprofil, zwischen 3.200,00 und 4.500,00 Euro brutto. Flexible Arbeitszeiten (u.a. 4-Tage-Woche bei Planungsprojekten) und die Möglichkeit zu Homeoffice, sowie die Übernahme der Öffi-Kosten für den Arbeitsweg, runden unser Angebot ab.

Arbeitszeit:

Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 40 Wochenstunden
