Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Wir bieten Ihnen eine fundierte, strukturierte Einarbeitungsphase an der Seite erfahrener Führungskräfte, um das operative

Geschäft bei komplexen Großprojekten vorwiegend im Gesundheitswesen und Bildungsbau zu übernehmen.

* Nachfolge & Karriere: Geplante Übernahme der operativen Agenden und Aufstieg zur Spartenleitung ÖBA nach entsprechender Bewährungsfrist.

* Wissenstransfer: Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den bisherigen Führungskräften zur optimalen Übergabe von Knowhow und Netzwerken.

* Einbindung in die Kanzlei: Mitgestaltung bei Akquisitionen sowie Betreuung von internen und externen Wettbewerben.

Ihre Aufgaben als Projektleiter

Gemäß unserem Standard tragen Sie die operative Verantwortung für das Erreichen von Sach-, Termin- und Kostenzielen:

* Projektorganisation & -steuerung: Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation, Leitung von Besprechungen sowie organisatorische Verwaltung.

* Projektkontrolle: Konsequentes Qualitäts-, Kosten-, Termin- und Kapazitätenmanagement.

* Informations- & Dokumentationsmanagement: Effizientes Protokollwesen, Steuerung von Informationsflüssen und Projektdokumentation.

* Führung & Vertretung: Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Begleitung von Behördenverfahren sowie schrittweise Übernahme der Mitarbeiterführung.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (TU / FH) im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur.

* Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Praxis im Projektmanagement, der Projektsteuerung oder der Bauaufsicht.

* ZT-Prüfung: Idealerweise haben Sie die Ziviltechnikerprüfung bereits abgelegt (oder streben diese zeitnah an).

* ÖBA-Verständnis: Affinität zur Projektrealisierung und Verständnis für technische Lösungen sowie Abläufe in der Baustellenabwicklung.

* Kompetenzen: Verhandlungsgeschick, Organisationstalent, Freude an der Weitergabe von Wissen und eine lösungsorientierte Haltung.

Gehalt

* Die Einstufung erfolgt auf Basis des Kollektivvertrags für Angestellte bei Ziviltechniker:innen (Beschäftigungsgruppe 4 oder 5, je nach Qualifikation).

* Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt liegt je nach anrechenbaren Berufsjahren bei ca. EUR 3.300,00 bis EUR 4.200,00 brutto pro Monat (auf Basis von 40 Wochenstunden).

* Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung: Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt orientiert sich an Ihrer individuellen Qualifikation und bisherigen Projekterfahrung - eine marktkonforme Überzahlung ist für uns selbstverständlich.
