Neunkirchen, Einsatzgebiet Wien, Niederösterreich und projektbezogen österreichweit

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Abwicklung größerer Klima- und Kälteprojekte von der technischen Aufnahme über Planung und Auslegung bis zur Umsetzung

* Planung und Dimensionierung von Klima- und Kälteanlagen für Hotels, Bürogebäude und Gewerbeobjekte mit rund 20 bis 150 Klimageräten pro Objekt

* Organisation von Einreichungen, Behördenwegen, technischen Abstimmungen und projektrelevanten Unterlagen

* Koordination von Kunden, Lieferanten, Planern, Bauleitung und weiteren Gewerken während der Projektabwicklung

* Fachliche Steuerung einer fix zugeordneten Montagetruppe für Großprojekte

* Laufende Kontrolle von Qualität, Fortschritt, Material, Terminen und technischer Umsetzung auf der Baustelle

* Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Termin-, Material- oder Abstimmungsrisiken und Ableitung konkreter Lösungsschritte

Dein Profil

* Praxis in der Projektabwicklung, Planung oder technischen Umsetzung von HKLS-, Klima- oder Kälteprojekten

* Technisches Verständnis für Klima- und Kälteanlagen sowie Erfahrung mit Baustellenabläufen

* Fähigkeit, Projekte selbstständig zu strukturieren, Entscheidungen vorzubereiten und mehrere Beteiligte zu koordinieren

* Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Monteuren, Lieferanten und Projektpartnern

* Reisebereitschaft im Einsatzgebiet Wien und Niederösterreich; vereinzelt auch österreichweit oder Richtung München

* Von Vorteil: Erfahrung als Projektleiter HKLS, Projekttechniker, Senior HKLS-Techniker, Kälteanlagentechniker, Obermonteur oder Monteur mit Projektverantwortung

* Eine konkrete Ausbildung ist nicht zwingend entscheidend, sofern du relevante Praxis in Klima-, Kälte- oder HKLS-Projekten mitbringst

Das erwartet dich

* Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Technik in einem kleinen, eingespielten Unternehmen ohne Konzernstrukturen

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung: Du bekommst Projekte übertragen und führst sie selbstständig durch die Umsetzung

* Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice-Möglichkeit, abhängig vom jeweiligen Projektstand

* Firmenauto sowie Firmenhandy, Laptop bzw. Tablet

* Arbeiten an technisch anspruchsvollen Klima- und Kälteprojekten mit klar sichtbarem Projektergebnis

* Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnisches Gewerbe. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen. Als Richtwert liegt das tatsächliche Einkommen bei rund EUR 3.000 bis EUR 3.500 netto pro Monat.
