Um den sehr hohen Ansprüchen unserer Kunden gerecht zu werden, erweitern und verstärken wir unser Team. 1 Projektleiter (m/w/d) - Auftragsabwicklung & Verkauf VOLLZEIT

Als Projektleiter_in sind Sie unter anderem Ansprechpartner_in für unsere Kund_innen im Bereich Schiffbau und für die Annahme, Prüfung und Klärung von Kund_innenaufträgen zuständig.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Ansprechpartner_in für unsere Kund_innen im Bereich Schiffbau

* Annahme, Prüfung und Klärung von Kundenaufträgen

* Interne Planung, Terminierung und Koordination der Projekte in Abstimmung mit Konstruktion, Fertigung und Montage

* Steuerung der projektbezogenen Auftragsbearbeitung

* Laufende Kostenkontrolle, Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung

* Erstellung der Abrechnung sowie kaufmännische und technische Dokumentation, Übergabe an den Kunden einschließlich Abschlussgespräch

* Bearbeitung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Reklamationen

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Team und Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und technischen Verbesserungsprozessen

* gelegentliche Dienstreisen zur Betreuung laufender Projekte, für Kund_innentermine, technische Abstimmungen und Projektübergaben vor Ort

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung im Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren bzw. verwandten Fachrichtung (HTL, FH, Universität)

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Koordinationstalent

* Erfahrung im professionellen Umgang mit Kund_innen und Geschäftspartner_innen

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

* Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Teamfähigkeit

* Verlässliche und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner_innen

Die Entlohnung erfolgt aufgrund des Kollektivvertrags für metalltechnische Industrie. Für diese Vollzeitstelle beträgt das Monatsbruttogehalt mindestens 3.500 EUR. Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt jedoch von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ab.
