Hier arbeiten Sie als Projektleiter in der Elektronikentwicklung und Produktion und übernehmen die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle High-Tech Projekte von der ersten Kundenanforderung bis zur Serienreife. Sie koordinieren Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung, behalten Termine, Kosten und Ressourcen im Blick und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufs. 1 Projektleiter (m/w/d) Elektronikentwicklung & Produktion Arbeitszeit

* Vollzeit, 38,5 Std./Woche

* Gleitzeit mit Kernzeit:

** Montag bis Donnerstag: 10:00 bis 15:00 Uhr

** Freitag: 10:00 bis 13:00 Uhr

* Individuell vereinbare Homeoffice Möglichkeit

* Start: nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Leitung von Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekten

* Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projektabläufen

* Koordination interner Fachabteilungen (Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung)

* Ansprechpartner für Kunden_innen während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit

* Termin-, Kosten- und Ressourcenplanung

* Durchführung von Projektmeetings und Statusberichten

* Risikomanagement und Problemlösung im Projektverlauf

* Begleitung von Prototypen bis zur Serienreife

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Kundenvorgaben

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik, alternativ eine andere technische Fachrichtung

* Grundkenntnisse in der Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung

* Fähigkeit, Entwickler zielgerichtet zu steuern und die Einhaltung von Deadlines konsequent sicherzustellen

* Technisches Verständnis für Entwicklungs- und Produktionsprozesse

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens B2

* 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit Programmiersprachen wünschenswert (C, C++, Python, seltener Java)
