Die BERNARD Gruppe erweitert ihr Team in Graz und sucht 1 Projektleiter (m/w/d) Örtliche Bauaufsicht / Baumanagement Ingenieurbau Aufgaben

* Sie übernehmen die örtliche Bauüberwachung / Bauaufsicht in technischer sowie kaufmännischer Hinsicht

* Sie erstellen Ausschreibungen und Leistungsverzeichnisse

* Sie bearbeiten Angebotsprüfungen und entwickeln Vergabevorschläge

* Sie sind Ansprechpartner für den Auftraggeber

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Universität, Fachhochschule, HTL) im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

* Berufserfahrung in der Bauüberwachung / ÖBA oder Bauleitung von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in der fachspezifischen Software iTWO, ABK von Vorteil

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office

Die Entlohnung richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Für Dienstorte in Österreich ist eine Bezahlung über der Mindestentlohnung gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag der entsprechenden gültigen österreichischen Standesvertretung vorgesehen. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Projektleiter (m/w/d) Örtliche Bauaufsicht / Baumanagement Ingenieurbau beträgt 3.400,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
