Über die Rolle

Als Projektmanager (m/f/d) leiten und liefern Sie technische Infrastrukturprojekte in unserer Betriebsumgebung des Rechenzentrums durch. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams für Betrieb, Engineering und Rechenzentrumsmanagement stellen Sie sicher, dass Projekte sicher, pünktlich, im Budget und mit höchsten Qualitätsstandards geliefert werden.

Was du tun wirst

* Leite die Planung, Durchführung und Umsetzung von operativen und technischen Projekten in unserem gesamten Rechenzentrumsportfolio.

* Definieren Sie Projektumfang, Ziele, Ergebnisse und Akzeptanzkriterien in Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Betrieb, Engineering und Serviceplanung.

* Entwickeln Sie detaillierte Projektpläne, Zeitpläne, Ressourcenzuweisungen, Budgets und Business Cases zur Unterstützung der Projektausführung.

* Projektrisiken, Änderungsanfragen, Auftragnehmer, Genehmigungen und Beschaffungsaktivitäten managen und dabei die Einhaltung interner Prozesse und HSE-Anforderungen sicherstellen.

* Überwachen Sie den Projektfortschritt, Budgets, Zeitpläne und Qualitätsstandards und liefern Sie regelmäßige Statusupdates, Berichte und Empfehlungen für die Interessengruppen.

* Interne und externe Projektkommunikation koordinieren und so eine Abstimmung zwischen technischen und operativen Teams sicherstellen.

* Unterstützen Sie größere Wartungsprojekte, Ausrüstungsaufrüstungen, Anlagenaustausch und andere wichtige operative Initiativen innerhalb der Rechenzentrumsumgebung.

* Bereite Projektübergaben vor und manage sie, wobei alle Dokumentationen, technischen Zeichnungen, Wartungsunterlagen und Abnahmekriterien ausgefüllt und genehmigt sind.

Was du mitbringen wirst

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung in einer technischen, industriellen, geschäftskritischen oder Rechenzentrumsumgebung.

* Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, technischem Management oder einer verwandten technischen Disziplin oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.

* Tiefes Verständnis für elektrische und mechanische Infrastruktursysteme.

* Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Management von Projektbudgets, Ressourcen, Zeitplänen, Auftragnehmern und Projektrisiken.

* Eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung wie PRINCE2, PMP (PMI) oder IPMA wäre ein Vorteil.

* Erfahrung in strukturierten Projektgovernance-Rahmenwerken und Change-Management-Prozessen.

* Starke Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management, in der Kommunikation und in der Organisation.

* Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen, hochgradig kooperativen Umgebung zu gedeihen und dabei mehrere Prioritäten auszubalancieren.

* Fließend Englisch und Deutsch
