Einstufung: SWÖ KV VG 8

Entlohnung (Basis Vollzeit, 37 Std.): Je nach Vordienstzeiten beginnend mit einem Bruttogehalt von mind. € 3.348,90 plus Leitungszulage (je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung)

Aufgabenbereich:

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Leitung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Projekts "Ambulante Krisenintervention Salzburg"

* Fachliche und organisatorische Steuerung des Teams an 3 Standorten im Bundesland Salzburg und der Hotline-Mitarbeiter_innen

* Personalführung, Dienstplanung, Supervision und Teamentwicklung

* Koordination und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen, durchgehenden Betriebs der 24h-Krisenhotline

* Budgetplanung, Controlling und Berichtswesen

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards und Konzepten

* Netzwerkarbeit mit Institutionen des Gesundheits- und Sozialwesens und Vertretung des Projekts nach außen, sowohl auf im Bundesland wie national

* Ersteinschätzung und fallweise eigenständige Krisenintervention bei akuten Notlagen zur Unterstützung des Hotline-, wie des ambulanten Teams

* Entwicklung und Integration von beratungsunterstützenden, textbasierten Interventionsformen und Softwareapplikationen

Anforderungerungen:

* Ausbildung: Klinische/r- und Gesundheitspsychologe/in und/oder psychologische/r Psychotherapeut/in

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im psychosozialen oder klinischen Bereich, idealerweise in der Krisenarbeit

* Fachliche Kompetenz in Krisenintervention, Notfall- und Traumabegleitung sowie Kenntnisse aktueller Methoden

* Erfahrung in Projektleitung, Personalführung und Organisation

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Behörden, Fördergeber_innen und Netzwerken im psychosozialen Bereich

* Hohe Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude, insbesondere in Akutsituationen

* Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie sichere Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift

* Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (inkl. Abend- und Wochenenddiensten nach Bedarf)

* EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, HR360, BMD)

* Führerschein B
