Die Familienakademie Steiermark sucht ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Bildungs- und Präventionsprojekten für Kinder, Jugendliche, Eltern und Fachkräfte. Der Schwerpunkt liegt in der Projektsteuerung, Förderabwicklung, Vernetzung sowie der laufenden Weiterentwicklung von Bildungsangeboten. 1 Projektleitung der Bildungsprojekte

in der Familienakademie Steiermark (m/w/d)

als Krankenstandsvertretung

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Planung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von Bildungs-, Präventions- und Familienprojekten

· Konzeption neuer Angebote und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Programme

· Fördermanagement inklusive Antragstellung, Abrechnung und Berichtswesen

· Projektcontrolling, Dokumentation, Statistik und Qualitätssicherung

· Zusammenarbeit mit Fördergebern und Netzwerkpartner:innen

· Organisation und Koordination von Veranstaltungen, Workshops und Bildungsangeboten

· Erstellung und Adaptierung von Projektunterlagen, Kalkulationen und Dokumentationen

· Mitarbeit bei Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Newsletter, Website und Informationsmaterialien

· Unterstützung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Familienakademie Steiermark

· Steuerung des Eltern-Kind-Zentrums Mürztal

· Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen der Kinderfreunde Steiermark in den Bereichen Verwaltung, Personal und Buchhaltung

· Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten im Projektbereich

Ihr Profil:

· Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Projektorganisationserfahrung, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung (idealerweise Studium oder mind. HAK/HLW Abschluss)

· pädagogische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung vorteilhaft

· Erfahrung im Personalbereich und arbeitsrechtlichen Belangen

· Teamfähigkeit, Bereitschaft zur selbstständigen Bearbeitung von Aufgabenpaketen, Organisationsfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Problemlösungskompetenz

· Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Office Paket)

· Einwandfreier Leumund

· Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in einem vielfältigen Arbeitsgebiet mit dislozierten Einrichtungen und bewährten sowie neu entwickelten Projekten

· Führerschein der Gruppe B vorteilhaft (Firmen PKW steht zur Verfügung)

Unser Angebot:

· Anstellung im Ausmaß von 20-30 Wochenstunden

· Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (KV SWÖ)

· Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt beträgt mindestens 3.074,80 € bis 3.538,90 € brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (=37 Wochenstunden)

· Das Gehalt ist abhängig von der Anzahl der Berufsjahre. Vordienstzeiten werden gemäß KV SWÖ angerechnet

· Betriebsrat im Unternehmen mit vielfältigen Unterstützungsangeboten und Vergünstigungen
