Aufgaben, die mir Freude machen

* Selbstständige Entwicklung und Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich erneuerbare Energien für Einfamilienhäuser sowie gewerbliche Projekte und Elektroinstallationen im Einfamilienhaus- und Wohnbaubereich

* Projektbetreuung von der Angebotsphase bis zur Abrechnung

* Kalkulation und technische Planung der zugewiesenen Projekte

* Planung, Koordination und Führung des Montagepersonals sowie der Subunternehmen

* Organisation der Montageabläufe und Sicherstellung der Termineinhaltung

* Qualitäts-, Leistungs- und Fortschrittskontrolle auf den Baustellen

* Selbstständige Führung des Baustellenschriftverkehrs wie Aufmaße, Bautagebuch, Regieberichte und Projektdokumentationen

* Vorbereitung von Nachträgen sowie Erstellung von Revisions- und Bestandsunterlagen

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen sowie Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Partnerfirmen und Lieferanten

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften und Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle

Qualifikationen, die mich auszeichnen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL etc.)

* Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Tätigkeitsbereich

* Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung und sicherer Umgang mit EDV-gestützten Planungsinstrumenten (z.B. AutoCAD, PVSol, MS-Office)

* Kenntnis der einschlägigen Normen

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

* Lern- und Fortbildungsbereitschaft

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Engagement, Verlässlichkeit
