Wir suchen ab sofort je eine/n 1 Projektleitung HKLS - Gebäudetechnik Für unsere vielfältigen TGA-Projekte im Wohn- und Gewerbebau suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Projektleiter/in in HKLS in Vollzeit.

Das sind die Aufgaben, die Du souverän meisterst:

- Koordination aller Projektphasen vom Entwurf bis zur Ausschreibung

- Planung von HKLS Anlagen in innovativen Gebäuden

- Selbstständige, technische Ausarbeitung einzelner Projektabschnitte

- Teilnahme an Bau- und Projektbesprechungen

- Technische Aufgaben mit Blick auf Kosteneffizienz und wirtschaftliche Aspekte meistern

Das sind die Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten, die Du mitbringst:

- Technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt HKLS, Gebäudetechnik oder Energietechnik (HTL, FH, Uni)

- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung

- verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

- gute Kenntnisse von Normen, Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeverfahren wünschenswert

- Anwenderkenntnisse in Plancal Nova- ÖBA-Grundkenntnisse im Bereich HKLS von Vorteil

- Eine lösungsorientierte, proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
