Als Projektmanager übernehme... 1 Projektmanager Corporate Center Project Services (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben bei uns * Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Koordination standortübergreifender Entwicklungsprojekte * Moderation und Koordination der Projektteams zur Sicherstellung der definierten Projektziele hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Terminen * Überwachung von Projektmeilensteinen sowie transparente Berichterstattung über den Projektfortschritt * Erstellung und Pflege einer umfassenden Projektdokumentation inklusive Aufbereitung relevanter Kennzahlen für das Management * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines professionellen Projektcontrollings mit Forecasts, Abweichungsanalysen und aussagekräftigem Reporting * Identifikation von Planabweichungen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen * Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Ressourcen-, Projekt- und Budgetplanungen * Organisation und Moderation gruppenweiter Standard-Calls und Abstimmungsrunden * Koordination des Budget-Alignment-Prozesses innerhalb des R&D-Bereichs

Das bringen Sie mit Sie verstehen es, Menschen, Projekte und Ziele erfolgreich zusammenzubringen. Mit Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise behalten Sie auch in komplexen Projekten den Überblick und treiben Themen aktiv voran.

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung * Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Programmmanagement * Begeisterung für Projektmanagement - von der Teamkoordination über die Terminplanung bis hin zum Ressourcenmanagement * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern * Diplomatisches Geschick, hohe Sozialkompetenz und ein lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil * Analytisches Denkvermögen, konzeptionelle Stärke und ein gutes Verständnis für Methoden und Prozesse * Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, sich selbst und andere effizient zu organisieren * Offenheit für neue Methoden, Tools und innovative Arbeitsweisen * Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmanagementmethoden von Vorteil * Reisebereitschaft von etwa 20 % innerhalb des internationalen Unternehmensumfelds * Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen

Bei Erfüllung oben genannter Kriterien bieten wir Ihnen ein Jahresbruttogehalt im Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnische Industrie ab rund EUR 55.000,-- auf Vollzeitbasis (zzgl. variablem Anteil von bis zu 10%). Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
