Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen in der Region Murau, suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 Projektmanager Digitalisierung (m/w/x) Deine Aufgaben:

* Du treibst die Digitalisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse aktiv voran und identifizierst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenziale.

* Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe, entwickelst effiziente Soll-Prozesse und begleitest deren Umsetzung von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz.

* Du leitest und koordinierst Digitalisierungsprojekte und bildest dabei die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, Management und externen Partnern.

* Du evaluierst neue Technologien und Lösungen - insbesondere in den Bereichen KI, Large Language Models, RPA und Workflow-Automatisierung - und bewertest deren praktischen und wirtschaftlichen Nutzen.

* Du entwickelst bestehende Automatisierungen und digitale Prozesse weiter, unter anderem im Umfeld von UiPath, proALPHA, DMS, CRM und Microsoft-Anwendungen.

* Du begleitest Pilotprojekte und Proof of Concepts, koordinierst Tests und Rollouts und stellst sicher, dass aus guten Ideen nachhaltige Lösungen für den Unternehmensalltag werden

Dein Profil:

* Du bringst Erfahrung in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Prozessmanagement, Projektmanagement oder Business IT mit.

* Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und erkennst schnell, wo Digitalisierung und Automatisierung echten Mehrwert schaffen können.

* Du begeisterst dich für neue Technologien und beschäftigst dich gerne mit Themen wie KI, LLMs, RPA und Prozessautomatisierung.

* Kenntnisse in ERP-, DMS- oder CRM-Systemen sowie UiPath und/oder proALPHA sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.

* Du kannst Anforderungen unterschiedlicher Fachbereiche strukturieren und in technisch sowie wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Lösungen übersetzen.

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, analytisch und lösungsorientiert und kannst komplexe Themen verständlich kommunizieren und Projekte konsequent vorantreiben.
