Unser Partner ist ein familiär geführtes Elektroanlagenbau-Unternehmen mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden in Fohnsdorf. Aktuell wird der Bereich Trafostationen, Energiespeicher und Ladeinfrastruktur neu aufgebaut. 1 Projektmanager_in Elektrotechnik Gesucht wird ein Projektmanager Elektrotechnik (w/m/d), der Trafostationsprojekte technisch und kaufmännisch von der Anfrage bis zur Fertigstellung betreut und aus Eigeninitiative potenzielle Kunden vor Ort aufsucht. Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Gleitzeit ohne Schichtdienst und langfristige Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten machen diese Position besonders attraktiv.

Arbeitszeit

* Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

* Gleitzeit mit Kernzeit:

** Montag bis Donnerstag: 09:00 bis 15:00 Uhr

** Freitag: 09:00 bis 12:00 Uhr

* Kein Schichtdienst

* Betriebsurlaub zwischen Weihnachten und Heilige Drei Könige

Vergütung

* Kollektivvertrag Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie

* Je nach Ausbildung:

** € 3.000 brutto/Monat (Lehrabschluss ohne Erfahrung)

** € 3.450 brutto/Monat (HTL ohne Erfahrung)

* Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation bis zu € 4.200 brutto pro Monat möglich

* Zusätzlich Zulage von € 30 bis € 90 nach zwei Jahren Dienstzugehörigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Technische und kaufmännische Betreuung von Trafostationsprojekten von der Anfrage bis zur Fertigstellung

* Prüfung von Kundenanfragen und Ausschreibungen, Erstellung und Koordination von Angeboten mit Vertrieb und Technik

* Abstimmung mit Kunden, Planern, Netzbetreibern und Lieferanten sowie Erarbeitung und Koordination von Stationskonzepten

* Koordination von Unterlagen, Stücklisten, Prüfungen und Abnahmen

* Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Projektfortschritt

* Technische Bearbeitung von Änderungen und Nachträgen

* Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung geprüfter Kompakt- und Trafostationen

* Aktive Kundenakquise durch eigeninitiatives Aufsuchen potenzieller Kunden zur technischen Bedarfsabklärung vor Ort und anschließende Projektbetreuung

* Aufgreifen zugespielter und vorhandener Kontakte und Gespräche sowie technische Abklärung bis zum Auftrag

Ihr Profil

* Deutschkenntnisse zur reibungslosen Kommunikation mit Kund_innen und Kolleg_innen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL Elektrotechnik) oder Lehrabschlussprüfung (LAP) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

* Erfahrung im Industrie- bzw. EVU-Bereich (Elektrizitätsversorgungsunternehmen)

* Gute Branchenkontakte in EVU und Industrie

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Von Vorteil:

** Erfahrung mit Trafostationen, Mittelspannungs- oder Energietechnik

** Verständnis der relevanten Normen und Richtlinien

** CAD- und Englischkenntnisse

** Erfahrung als Instandhaltungsleiter in einem großen Industrieunternehmen
