Was dich erwartet * Du unterstützt die Leitung Credit Management bei strategischen und operativen Projekten sowie bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Kreditprozesse. * Gemeinsam mit unseren Vertriebsmarken im DACH-Raum entwickelst du innovative Kreditprodukte und Finanzlösungen für unsere Kund*innen. * Du hast gesetzliche und regulatorische Anforderungen im Kredit- und Finanzdienstleistungsbereich im Blick und leitest Anpassungsbedarfe ab. * Du koordinierst fachliche Anforderungen (Requirements Engineering) und steuerst die Umsetzung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern. * Du übernimmst unterschiedliche Rollen in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern aus Credit Management, Vertrieb, IT und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen. * Du überwachst relevante Kennzahlen, analysierst Risikoentwicklungen und unterstützt bei der laufenden Optimierung unserer Kreditentscheidungsprozesse.

Deine Skills * Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Universität, FH oder vergleichbar), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Banking, Finance oder Finanzdienstleistungen.

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Kreditmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im Finanz- oder Bankenumfeld.

* Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering oder in der Business Analyse.

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch zu erfassen.

* Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Freude daran, gemeinsam mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern erfolgreiche Lösungen zu entwickeln.

* Interesse an Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und neuen Technologien sowie Motivation, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten.

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office - Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, insbesondere Microsoft Dynamics, sind von Vorteil.
