Bei Centorva unterstützen wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden im Gesundheitsbereich mit Administration, Beratung, Organisationsentwicklung und Projektarbeit. Sie arbeiten bei uns an der Schnittstelle mehrerer Standorte, Berufsgruppen und Themenbereiche und tragen dazu bei, Strukturen, Prozesse und Projekte im Gesundheitswesen professionell weiterzuentwickeln.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Projektmanagement, die organisatorisches Talent, Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Projekten mitbringt. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eigenständig Projekte und Teilprojekte, koordinieren unterschiedliche Stakeholder und sorgen für klare Strukturen, verlässliche Umsetzung und nachvollziehbare Ergebnisse.

Bei uns arbeiten Sie an Projekten mit echtem Mehrwert: Unsere Arbeit unterstützt Kinder, Erwachsene und Familien und trägt dazu bei, innovative, nachhaltige und sinnstiftende Lösungen im Gesundheitsbereich umzusetzen.

Ihr Profil:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement, PMO, Office-Management oder in vergleichbaren Organisationsrollen * Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Struktur, Organisation und Priorisierung * Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke und Interesse an digitalen Projekten * Professionelle schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel * Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools von Vorteil * Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Verbindlichkeit * Freude an Koordination, Strukturaufbau und komplexen Abläufen * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten * Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten * Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eigenständig zu arbeiten * Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen sind von Vorteil

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von strategischen und operativen Projekten im Bereich Digitalisierung und Prozessmanagement im Gesundheitswesen * Verantwortung für eigene Projekte sowie Teilprojekte zur Optimierung digitaler und organisatorischer Abläufe * Verantwortung für eigene Projekte sowie Teilprojekte zur Optimierung digitaler und organisatorischer Abläufe * Durchführung von Recherche-, Analyse- und Konzeptionsaufgaben zu digitalen Lösungen, Prozessverbesserungen und Versorgungsstrukturen * Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern * Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Prozessen und Qualitätsmanagement-Strukturen
