Gemeinsam mit uns gestalten Sie moderne Plattformlösungen für das Gesundheitswesen. In dieser Rolle steuern Sie spannende Projekte im Kubernetes-Umfeld, arbeiten eng mit Kunden sowie internen Fachbereichen zusammen und tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, innovative Lösungen erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Deine Rollen bei x-tention

* Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektleitungen inklusive Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle über sämtliche Projektphasen hinweg

* Erhebung, Analyse und Strukturierung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Ableitung geeigneter technischer Lösungskonzepte

* Technische und organisatorische Betreuung unserer Kunden mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen und hohe Lösungsqualität

* Aktives Stakeholder-Management sowie Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt-, Entwicklungs- und Supportteams

* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung öffentlicher Ausschreibungen

Diese Skills solltest du mitbringen

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (z. B. als Technical Account Manager, Project Manager, Technical Consultant oder in einer hybriden Rolle)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit entsprechender Zertifizierung (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2 oder IPMA)

* Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management, insbesondere nach ITIL

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie an der Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen und der Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

* Kenntnisse der Gesundheitsbranche sind von Vorteil

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
