Das AMS Schönbrunnerstraße sucht im Rahmen einer VORAUSWAHL ab sofort Verstärkung für ein führendes Unternehmen in den Bereichen Information, Inkasso und Insolvenz Verstärkung. 1 Projektmanager:in in Wien, Vollzeit Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Akquisition von Großkund:innen

* Begleitung und Koordination des Vertriebs- und Onboardingprozesses

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Integrationsprojekten bei Enterprise-Kund:innen (End-to-End)

* Schnittstelle zu Abteilungen der Kunden und internen Teams

* Planung und Umsetzung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten für interne Auftraggeber innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

* Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Änderungsmanagements (Change Requests)

* Etablierung effizienter Kommunikations- und Eskalationsstrukturen bei komplexen Multi-Stakeholder-Projekten

* Regelmäßiges Reporting an interne und externe Stakeholder (Status, Budget, Risiken)

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von IT- oder SaaS-Projekten, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Großkunden und komplexen Stakeholder-Landschaften

* Sehr gutes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)

* Kenntnisse im Bereich PSD2, Open Banking oder regulatorische Anforderungen im Finanzsektor

* PM-Zertifizierung (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP oder vergleichbar)

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten auf allen Hierarchieebenen

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
