Spannende Aufgaben

*Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Instrumentenentwicklung

*Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams über verschiedene Standorte hinweg

*Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen, Ressourcen und Projektzielen

*Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Entwicklungsprozessen, Qualitätsstandards und regulatorischen Anforderungen

*Aktives Risiko-, Änderungs- und Eskalationsmanagement während des gesamten Projektverlaufs

*Regelmäßiges Projektcontrolling sowie transparentes Reporting an Management und Stakeholder

*Begleitung des Technologie- und Designtransfers bis in die Produktion und Serienfertigung

Das bringst du mit

*Abgeschlossenes Studium (BSc, MSc oder vergleichbar) im technischen Umfeld oder im Bereich Life Sciences

*Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in Entwicklungs- oder Innovationsprojekten

*Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit mehreren Stakeholdern

*Fundiertes technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

*Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

*Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln

*Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 10 %
