Wir suchen 1 PROJEKTMANAGER_IN INVESTOREN- UND STANDORTMANAGEMENT - Linz

- Vollzeit

- Festanstellung

- 3.300 - 3.800 € pro Monat

Dadurch bringst du Oberösterreich weiter:

- Akquise von nationalen und internationalen Investoren und Unternehmen, die in OÖ investieren möchten

- Unterstützung und Begleitung der Unternehmen bei der Standortsuche und -auswahl (Förderberatung, Behördenverfahren,..)

- Strategische Standortanalyse, -entwicklung und -management

- Kontaktpflege zu Kooperationspartnern aus Wirtschaft, Kommunalbereich, Forschung und Stakeholdern

- Initiierung und Betreuung von Standortentwicklungsprojekten

- Mitarbeit bei diversen EU-Projekten

Mit diesem Profil bist du im #teambizup richtig:

- Wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Immobilienentwicklung oder im Vertrieb bzw. Kenntnisse in der Regionalentwicklung oder im Gemeindewesen

- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude an der Beratung

- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

- Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
