Ihre zukünftige Rolle:

* Verantwortlich für den zeitgerechten Produktionsstart der beauftragten Serien-Produkte

* Planung, Budgetierung und Abwicklung von technischen Produktentwicklungs-Projekten

* Leitung multi-funktionaler Projektteams, aktive Unterstützung des Vertriebes

* Mitarbeit bei Machbarkeitsstudien und Angebotslegungen an Kunden

* Projektberichterstattung im Management Team, Risikomanagement

* Projektkontrolle hinsichtlich Termine, Ressourcen, Kosten und Qualität

* Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Verbesserung des Entwicklungsprozesses

Das ist Ihr Job, wenn Sie Folgendes mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung HTL, FH, TU (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Feinwerktechnik)

* Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Umfeld der Serien-Produktion

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung und der industriellen Produktion

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, diplomatisches Geschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Kommunikativ, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

* Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
