BORA Lüftungstechnik sorgt seit 2007 mit innovativen Produkten und einem kreativen Team für frischen Wind in der Küchenbranche. Unser dynamisches Unternehmen ist geprägt durch flache Hierarchien und viel Spaß an der Arbeit. Zusammen mit Ihnen wollen wir den Lebensraum Küche neu gestalten.

Für unseren Standort in Niederndorf/Tirol (bei Kufstein) suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Teams ab sofort in Vollzeit: 1 Projektmanager (m/w/d) Digitale Produkte Ihre Aufgaben:

* Abstimmung des Projektauftrags, der Ziele, des Umfangs und des strategischen Kontextes mit relevanten Stakeholdern

* Planung, Steuerung und Controlling von Projektumfang, Zeit, Ressourcen und Budget

* Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung unter Anwendung agiler, hybrider oder klassischer Projektmethoden

* Anwendung und Unterstützung agiler Prinzipien und Frameworks (z. B. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

* Koordination von projektübergreifenden Abhängigkeiten und Synchronisation beteiligter Teams

* Moderation von Projektmeetings, Reviews, Entscheidungs- und Eskalationsformaten

* Zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Reviews, Abnahmen und Freigaben

* Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung projektunterstützender Methoden, Prozesse und Tools

* Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Projektdokumentation und Berichterstattung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektmanagement-Disziplinen, idealerweise im digitalen oder technologiegetriebenen Umfeld

* Erfahrung mit Scrum/Kanban sowie mit skalierten agilen Setups (z. B. SAFe) inkl. PI- und Release-Planung/-Steuerung

* Erfahrung in Reporting und Management-Aufbereitung, idealerweise mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren Tools

* Grundverständnis für Software-Delivery (CI/CD, Releases, Test-/Qualitätskonzepte) sowie Daten- und Security-Grundlagen von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Steuerungskompetenz

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an unserer attraktiven, leistungsorientierten Gehaltsstruktur und liegt je nach Qualifikation deutlich darüber.
