Wir suchen für unsere Zentrale in Wien 1 Projektmitarbeiter Bau und Einrichtung im Außendienst (m/w/d) WIR BIETEN DIR

die Möglichkeit die Expansion in Österreich zu begleiten und von Anfang an spannende Projekte der Bau und Einrichtung zu unterstützen.

DEIN PROFIL

* Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektro, HLS oder Holztechnik sowie Berufserfahrung

* Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen in den Gewerken Trockenbau, Maler, Boden und Decke, sowie im Ladenbau und Innenausbau sammeln

* Du besitzt ein sicheres Auftreten

* Darüber hinaus verfügst du über Kostenbewusstsein sowie Verhandlungsgeschick

* Kommunikationssichere Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache

* Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab

* Du bist flexibel und auch für Einsätze mit notwendiger Übernachtung im Innland bereit

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Besichtigung von Bestandsobjekten sowie neuen Objekten

* Technische Beratung der Expansionsmitarbeitenden bei Kostenermittlungen sowie Baubeschreibungen

* Kostenkalkulation für Bestandsobjekte (Vermieter-/ Mieterleistungen), Einholung von Angeboten sowie Beauftragung und Abrechnung von Bauleistungen

* Erstellung von Bauzeitenplänen und Koordination von Neueröffnungsterminen

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen vor Ort, Abstimmung mit Behörden sowie die Kommunikation mit den Technikgewerken (Hochbau/TGA/Elektro/Innenausbau)

* Ermittlung von Investitionskosten der Ausbaugewerke

* Darüber hinaus kümmerst du dich um die Übernahme und Endabnahme der fertiggestellten Filialen
