Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams in der Gruppe Gesundheit, Soziales und Pflege suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit für die Umsetzung des geförderten FGÖ-Projekts - Cooles Dornbirn - die Stelle ist befristet bis zum 31.12.2027. Gemeinsam mit der Abteilung Feuerwehr und Katastrophenschutz gestalten wir zukunftsweisende Lösungen zum Schutz der Bevölkerung vor Hitze. 1 Projektmitarbeiter_in "Cooles Dornbirn" (m/w/d) #wirsindstadt Dornbirn, Teilzeit 25%, befristet bis 31.12.2027

* Partizipative Entwicklung und Priorisierung von Maßnahmen zum Schutz hitzevulnerabler Bevölkerungsgruppen

* Einbindung von internen Abteilungen der Stadtverwaltung, Systempartner:innen sowie betroffenen Personengruppen

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des kommunalen Hitzeaktionsplans

* Eigenständige Umsetzung ausgewählter Maßnahmen, wie beispielsweise die Etablierung und Aktivierung von "Hitzebuddys"

* du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen (z. B. DGKP, Community Nurse oder Bachelor im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement bzw. in Ausbildung dazu) mitbringst,

* du fundierte Praxis in der niederschwelligen, quartiersbezogenen Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention hast,

* du mit vulnerablen Zielgruppen vertraut bist und idealerweise bereits über ein lokales Netzwerk verfügst,

* du Freude am Projektmanagement, an konzeptioneller Arbeit und an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mitbringst.
