Für unser Projekt "Diversity Lab - Erfolg hat viele Gesichter" (Projektlaufzeit 2026-2028) suchen wir eine*n engagierte*en Projektmitarbeiter*in für den Bereich Diversity Management (m/w/d) im Ausmaß von rund 10 bis 12 Wochenstunden. 1 Projektmitarbeiter*in Diversity Management (m/w/d) Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Aufgaben:

* Du recherchierst und bereitest Informationen zu Diversity, Studien und HR-Trends zielgruppengerecht auf;

* Du erstellst Präsentationen, Workshopmaterialien und weitere Unterlagen;

* Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung der Diversity-Toolbox sowie die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Veranstaltungen;

* Du dokumentierst Projektergebnisse und bereitest diese strukturiert auf;

* Du unterstützt die Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmen, Projektpartner*innen und Stakeholdern sowie die organisatorische Umsetzung der Projekte.

Wen wir suchen:

Wir freuen uns über Bewerbungen von Personen mit:

* einer passenden Ausbildung bzw. Kenntnissen in Diversity Management oder einem verwandten Bereich;

* ersten praktischen Erfahrungen mit Unternehmen oder größeren Organisationen;

* Grundkenntnissen in Diversity, Gleichstellung, Inklusion oder Chancengerechtigkeit;

* einer strukturierten, zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an Projektarbeit und der Aufbereitung komplexer Inhalte;

* Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Materialien (Erfahrungen in Beratung oder Kund*innenkontakt sind von Vorteil);

* sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen.

Die konkrete Einstufung erfolgt abhängig von den facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten.
