Glasfaserausbau schnell und zuverlässig mit den Spezialisten von Libra GmbH. Aktuell suchen wir 1 Projektmitarbeiter_in Glasfaserausbau (m/w/d) m/w/d Vollzeit Wien und österreichweite Projekte Ab sofort

Die Libra AT GmbH realisiert als Generalunternehmer Glasfaserprojekte in Österreich. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Projektmitarbeiter mit Entwicklungsperspektive zum Junior-Projektleiter. Du unterstützt unsere Projektleitung und übernimmst schrittweise eigene Aufgaben in der Projektabwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben

· Unterstützung bei der technischen, organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Glasfaser- und Tiefbauprojekten

· Mitarbeit bei Terminplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Koordination der Baustellen

· Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Nachunternehmern, Auftraggebern und Gemeinden

· Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung offener Projektpunkte

· Vorbereitung und Prüfung von Aufmaßen, Leistungsnachweisen und Abrechnungsunterlagen

· Pflege der Projekt- und Baudokumentation in den vorgegebenen Kundensystemen

· Vorbereitung von Besprechungen sowie Erstellung von Protokollen und Projektübersichten

· Regelmäßige Baustellenbesuche und Erfassung des aktuellen Baufortschritts

Dein Profil

· Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Bauwesen

· Erste Erfahrung im Bauwesen, in der Projektabwicklung oder technischen Administration von Vorteil

· Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Tiefbau und Glasfaserausbau

· Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel, Outlook und Teams

· Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke

· Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Kenntnisse in Bosnisch, Kroatisch oder Serbisch (BKS) sind von Vorteil.

· Führerschein B und Bereitschaft zu Baustellenbesuchen in ganz Österreich

Gehalt

Bei Einstufung in A3 im 1. und 2. Gruppenjahr beträgt das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag Baugewerbe/Bauindustrie 3.593 € brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis. Tätigkeit, Qualifikation und anrechenbare Gruppenjahre werden berücksichtigt. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
